About Ethan Andelman
Founder and Owner
Ethan Andelman is a former in-house legal executive who is now putting his years of industry experience to work for companies who do not have the volume of legal work to hire a dedicated in-house attorney. Mr. Andelman is as familiar with the boardroom as with the courtroom, with nearly a decade of in-house experience negotiating business agreements and IP licenses, and finding creative solutions to legal disputes.
Before founding Andelman Legal, Mr. Andelman was the general counsel of a small VC-backed computer memory company in Silicon Valley. He has also handled litigation and IP licensing at a large, international, publicly-traded technology company. Before moving in-house, Mr. Andelman was a litigator for 8 years at a well-regarded international law firm known for its IP practice. Mr. Andelman is a 2000 graduate of the UC Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), where he was editor-in-chief of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. Prior to law school, Mr. Andelman worked in the IT and economic consulting industries.
